Alexander Daniels are working with an established West Midlands-based business who is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join a small, friendly, and dedicated finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their finance career within a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Managing credit control processes.Creating and reviewing customer accounts.Supporting cashflow forecasting.Assisting with purchase ledger tasks.Preparing supplier payment runs.Releasing orders and processing customer updates.Handling ad hoc reporting requirements when needed.Providing support across other areas of the business as required. Skills & Experience Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.At least one year of finance experience is preferred.Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Experience with Business Central is an advantage but not essential.
