Starting salary is £28,000, rising to £30,000 after 3 months based on performance.We’re looking for someone with a logical, analytical mindset, confident working with graphs, percentages, cashflows, and break-even reporting, and open to trialling new software add-ons to QuickBooks to enhance reporting and insight.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess supplier invoices, expenses, credit cards, and bank reconciliations in QuickBooksCreate sales invoices and check categorisation/VAT accuracyPrepare weekly reports, cashflows, and break-even analysisWork with Excel to produce budgeting, analysis, and data visualisationsExplore and implement new tools to improve financial reportingAbout YouStrong QuickBooks experience (including locations/departments reporting)Solid VAT knowledgeAdvanced Excel skillsAnalytical, logical, and comfortable with data interpretationAble to work independently to weekly deadlinesConfident communicator with a patient, approachable attitude
