This role offers real flexibility: part-time hours, hybrid working after training, and a chance to join an organisation with real social impact, without needing prior charity experience.What you'll be doing Manage accounts payable/receivable and cashbook transactions Reconcile bank and petty cash Process payroll through bureau and manage pensions Oversee Sage 50 accounting system Produce reports for SMT and budget holders Support monthly and quarterly financial processes What we’re looking for Experience in a finance role (Finance Officer, Accounts Assistant, Bookkeeper, etc.) Proficient with Sage 50 and confident working independently A self-starter who can adapt to evolving processes Strong attention to detail and organisational skills A team player happy to roll up their sleeves in a busy but friendly environment The practical bits Salary: £28,000–£32,000 pro rata, depending on experience Hours: 21–28 hours per week – flexible working available
