Accounts Administrator Job Type: Full-time | Temporary (Opportunity for Permanent Position | 4-day weekLocation: BallymenaSalary: £13.51 - £14.55 Reed Accountancy are working with an excellent employer in Ballymena seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join their dynamic finance team. This role involves assisting with a variety of administrative functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and data entry. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, attentive to detail, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with the team. Day-to-day of the role: Timely and accurate processing of purchase invoices.Performing supplier statement reconciliations.Managing credit control.Processing petty cash transactions.Keeping records within our accounting package up to date. Required Skills & Qualifications: Confident communicator, both verbal and written.Analytical and methodical approach to tasks.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.High level of computer literacy, especially MS Excel.Experience using an accountancy softwareA-Level or equivalent education preferred.At least 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a similar role.
