Project budget $1200/year ($100/month) I am after an accountant who will also act as a director of a company. You must be based in the UK (Permanent Establishment rules). About this project: I am an IT freelancer who is going through UK bankruptcy and recovery of a serious mental illness (since 2018), and divorce just to make things more interesting. I have now returned to work on a part-time basis and my income is low about $500 to $1000 a month which I hope to increase a little bit over the next few month as I recover from my latest episode that I experienced in 2024. As I'm going trough UK Bankruptcy I am unable to be a director of a limited company, but I still need one so I can put my earning into my ltd company without affecting my bankruptcy (IPA) and my benefits. Also due to my illness looking after accounting and compliance is difficult for me in period when my condition gets worse. Requirements: 1) You must be UK Based (Permanent Establishment) 2) You must own or have owned a LTD company before. 3) Company registered office should be your company office or your personal address (mail collection). 4) I want to use Xero subscription £18/month which I will pay for 5) I would like the company set up to be included in the yearly fee of $1200 (or I can do that myself). I will pay for the company set up fee. I am after someone who can understand clearly my situation and mental struggles and is willing to help me out for a moderate fee of $100. I would estimate that it's about 10-15h of effort a year, the key element for me is that you are the director which is essential and non-negotiable. Best Regards Emil
