- Job Description
- As an Accountant within our management accounts team you will support our periodic financial operations and drive reporting accuracy.
- We are looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative individual with a commitment to precision and continuous improvement to join our team. You will prepare and analyse periodic management accounts for specific overseas entities and provide critical year-end audit support.
- Working alongside an experienced and passionate team, you will provide support for our financial operations and key stakeholders within the Business on a periodic basis. Ensuring the provision of deliverables to demanding deadlines, while continually looking to improve our department processes for future successes.
- In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to core accounting functions and support the continued success of the team. You will help to ensure reporting remains efficient and effective as our reporting requirements scale with the growth of the Business.
- This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.
- Qualifications
- AAT Level 4 or working towards ACCA/CIMA qualification.
- Proficient in Excel with an exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Confident individual who shows initiative, is inquisitive and has the ability to understand new concepts quickly.
- Effective communicator who is able to engage with a wide range of financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Additional Information
- Supporting the preparation and reconciliation of management accounts, alongside balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assisting in the completion of accounts support workings and tax packs for submission to our internal tax department.
- Assisting with production of internal board reporting periodically.
- Interrogating the nominal ledger consistently and analysing it as required by the business needs.
- Supporting the year end process with our external auditors.
