This role will manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial coordination for our entities in Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, and Japan, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Day-to-day of the role: Accounts Receivable (AR) & Project Finance: Prepare and issue client invoices, ensuring accurate project setup.Manage credit control activities and follow up on overdue payments. Accounts Payable (AP) & Banking: Coordinate AP processing and banking activities.Review and process travel and expense claims.Prepare and execute payment runs.Manage supplier correspondence. Financial Coordination & Reporting: Support month-end and year-end closing processes.Ensure appropriate financial controls and internal procedures are consistently applied. Subsidiary Coordination & Compliance: Coordinate weekly with local Managing Directors on financial matters.Act as the primary liaison for external accountants in each jurisdiction.Maintain awareness of local GAAP and compliance requirements.
