The Role:Looking for a hands-on Accountant to join a growing finance team. This is a broad and varied role where you will be actively involved in all aspects of accounting and finance, supporting both the Finance Director and the VP of Finance in London. Key Responsibilities: Manage month-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timelinessHandle AP/AR processing and reconciliationsPrepare balance sheet reconciliations and assist with statutory reportingSupport external audit processesWork closely with the VP of Finance on group-level finance tasksContribute to the development of finance processes in a small, collaborative team Candidate Requirements: Strong, hands-on accounting experienceExperienced in month-end and general ledger reconciliationsComfortable supporting senior finance leaders and working across bordersAbility to work independently in a small, high-growth environmentStable career historyExperience in biotech, pharma, or life sciences
