About

Do your friends think you're "too organised"?

Your colleagues say you "need to relax about processes."

But here's what they don't understand:

Your ability to maintain structure, track completion obsessively, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks isn't a quirk - it's the exact trait that transforms ambitious clinic owners from overwhelmed operators into confident leaders.

While others create frameworks, you're the person who ensures they actually get implemented. You're the structure that turns potential into results.

And that matters more than people realize.

When a physiotherapy practice doubles its revenue because the owner finally has systems that work, that started with someone like you making sure the systems got followed.

When a clinic owner gets their life back because their team is finally performing independently, that happened because someone like you ensured completion at every step.

Your systematic approach doesn't just organise things - it transforms businesses and changes lives.

If you've been looking for a role where your natural gifts actually create meaningful impact, keep reading about the Accountability Coach Role for our 'Go-To' Clinic Mastermind Programme.

ABOUT PROSPORT ACADEMY

We've helped over 1,500 therapists across 40+ countries help people whom traditional approaches have failed and now we're transforming their practices from owner-dependent operations into self-managing clinics that double profit while giving them back their time.

Our 'Go-To' Clinic Mastermind is a high-ticket mentorship programme (£12K) that implements a structured step by step system - turning successful physio clinic owners into confident Head Physios who lead high-performing teams.

We don't do corporate. We don't do corporate buzzwords. We speak the language of high performers: numbers, systems, and results.

And right now, we need someone who thrives on structure, consistency, and ensuring completion to join our team.

THE ROLE: ACCOUNTABILITY COACH

Here's what matters: our Mastermind members are SUPER BUSY successful clinic owners who've invested serious money to transform their practices. They're not struggling - they're scaling. But they can be time poor!

Your job? Make sure they actually implement what they've paid for.

This isn't a job where you create new approaches or "innovate" our systems. We have frameworks that work. Your role is to execute them with relentless consistency.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Monthly 1-to-1 Accountability Calls (Following Our Framework)

  • Review dashboard completion and metrics using our checklist
  • Identify bottlenecks using our diagnostic questions
  • Direct them to the right tools at the right time (you'll learn our methodology)
  • Track progress against their 90-day plan in our system
  • Hold them accountable to commitments using our structure

2. Weekly Group Planning Calls (Same Structure Every Week)

  • Run the same proven planning framework every single week
  • Guide them through prioritising using our established process
  • Connect weekly plans to quarterly goals (our template)
  • Keep calls to 30 minutes following the exact agenda
  • Document outcomes in our tracking system

3. Dashboard & Curriculum Compliance (Obsessive Tracking)

  • Track every member's dashboard completion monthly
  • Monitor curriculum progress across all members weekly
  • Flag non-completion before deadlines (proactive, not reactive)
  • Chase incomplete submissions using our reminder system
  • Maintain completion metrics for leadership review

The Big Picture:

You're here to execute our proven systems consistently and ensure everyone else does too.

You'll learn our methodology well enough to guide members: "Based on where you're stuck, you need Module 4 before Module 7."

But you won't be creating your own approaches - you'll be following our proven approach that we use in our own Physiotherapy Clinic, day in, day out.

WHO YOU ARE

You're the person who:

Lives and breathes structure:

  • You use to-do lists not because you have to, but because you genuinely enjoy checking things off
  • You get frustrated when people know what to do but don't do it
  • You notice when things are incomplete or out of place
  • You prefer clear processes over "figuring it out as you go"
  • The idea of doing the same effective thing every week doesn't bore you - it satisfies you

Follows systems rather than creates them:

  • You'd rather execute a proven framework than develop your own approach
  • You're comfortable being given "here's how we do it" and doing it that way consistently
  • You don't feel the need to "put your own spin" on established processes
  • When something works, you don't need to change it
  • You understand the value of repetition and consistency

Tracks completion obsessively:

  • You're the person who has reminder systems for everything
  • Missing deadlines would almost never happen because you have preventive systems
  • You can manage 20 people's monthly submissions without anything falling through cracks
  • You know exactly who's done what and who hasn't at any given moment
  • You're proactive about chasing completion, not reactive when things are overdue

Needs to understand the "why" before executing:

  • You need the framework explained so you understand how it works
  • You want to know the logic behind the system
  • Once you understand it, you can guide others effectively
  • But you don't need to research everything to exhaustion - just the core methodology
  • You're comfortable saying "I need to check our framework" rather than improvising

Holds people accountable without feeling awkward:

  • You can tell a successful business owner they're not following through
  • You don't take it personally when people don't complete things
  • You see accountability as helping, not confronting
  • You can be direct without being rude
  • You don't avoid difficult conversations by "documenting issues instead"

Prefers behind-the-scenes structure over visible expertise:

  • You don't need to be the expert delivering training
  • You're satisfied being the person who ensures things actually happen
  • You're comfortable facilitating rather than coaching
  • You like knowing you're the structure that makes everything work
  • Recognition for "keeping everything on track" is meaningful to you

THIS ROLE IS PERFECT FOR YOU IF:

✓ You find repetitive structure satisfying, not boring

✓ You prefer consistency over variety in your work

✓ You get genuinely annoyed when processes aren't followed

✓ You have systems to prevent things from being forgotten

✓ You're comfortable with the same weekly routine if it's effective

✓ You notice incomplete things and feel compelled to complete them

✓ You prefer following proven methods over creating new ones

✓ You need to understand frameworks but don't need to research everything

✓ You can hold successful people accountable directly

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF:

✗ You need variety and different challenges every day

✗ You want to "improve" or "optimise" systems constantly

✗ You find repetitive work draining

✗ You prefer creating your own approaches over following established ones

✗ You get bored doing the same thing week after week

✗ Structure feels limiting rather than enabling

✗ You want to be seen as the expert rather than the facilitator

✗ You prefer loose frameworks you can adapt on the fly

✗ You need significant autonomy in how you work

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

30 Days:

  • You've learned all Mastermind frameworks and can navigate them confidently
  • You understand our 'Self-Managing Clinic' Methodology well enough to direct members
  • You can follow the weekly planning call structure without notes
  • You've set up your tracking systems for all member dashboards
  • You know where every tool and resource lives in the 'Go-To' Clinic Hub

60 Days:

  • You're running weekly planning calls following the exact framework
  • Dashboard completion rate is 90%+ (because you're tracking proactively)
  • You can diagnose common implementation bottlenecks using our methodology
  • Members show up prepared because they know you'll hold the structure
  • Your tracking systems ensure nothing falls through the cracks

90 Days:

  • 95%+ dashboard completion across all members (your systems prevent non-completion)
  • Members are progressing through curriculum on schedule
  • You identify problems before members realize they have them (proactive tracking)
  • You run the same effective call structure every week without it feeling stale
  • Leadership team trusts you completely with member accountability

The measure of success: Members complete what they commit to, stay on curriculum schedule, and hit their 90-day implementation goals - because you're maintaining the structure consistently.

WHAT YOUR WEEK LOOKS LIKE (Every Single Week)

Important: This is the same structure every week. If that sounds boring to you, this isn't your role. If that sounds satisfying, keep reading.

  • 9:30am: Send reminder messages to non-submitters

  • 11:00am: Weekly planning call (Group A) - same framework every time
  • 12:00pm: Update tracking spreadsheet
  • 1:00pm: Prep tomorrow's 1-to-1s - review each member's numbers
  • 2:00pm: Weekly planning call (Group B) - same framework
  • 3:00pm: Update tracking, document who needs follow-up
  • 4:00pm: Team sync with Dave

Tuesday:

  • 9:00am - 4:30pm: Monthly 1-to-1 accountability calls (typically 4-5)
  • Between calls: Update member progress trackers using our template

  • 9:00am: Final dashboard compliance check for the week
  • 10:00am: Follow-up with anyone who missed commitments
  • 11:00am: Weekly planning call (Group D) - same framework
  • 1:00pm: Any remaining 1-to-1s
  • 3:00pm: Prep next week's calls (review who's up, check their data)
  • 4:00pm: Ensure all systems are updated and nothing pending
  • 5:00pm: Done

Friday:

  • Attend an online or in-person Quarterly workshop .

The Pattern: You'll run approximately 2-3 weekly planning calls and 12-16 monthly 1-to-1s each week, plus the constant behind-the-scenes tracking that ensures nothing falls through cracks.

The calls follow the exact same structure every time. The tracking happens the same way every week. The reminders go out on the same schedule.

If you're thinking "that's perfect, I love consistency," you're our person. If you're thinking "that sounds repetitive," this role will drain you.

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

Our Mastermind members are successful clinic owners who've built thriving practices. They're smart, capable, and motivated.

But here's the reality: even successful people need structure and accountability to implement consistently.

They don't need more ideas. They don't need more frameworks. They need someone who ensures they actually use the frameworks they already have.

That's you.

You're not teaching them what to do - our curriculum does that. You're not coaching them through their problems - our frameworks and thinking tools do that. You're the structure that ensures they don't skip the uncomfortable parts.

When a clinic owner goes from working 60-hour weeks to 3 days clinical because their team is finally performing, you made that happen by ensuring they completed their dashboards every month.

When a practice doubles revenue because the Head Physio Dashboard revealed exactly where therapists needed support, you made that happen by making sure they didn't skip filling it in.

When a member hits their 90-day goals, it's because you held the structure every single week.

The impact isn't visible. But it's real.

You're the reason implementation happens. You're the structure that makes transformation possible.

If that sounds meaningful to you, we should talk.

We're not looking for perfect - we're looking for fit. If you're naturally wired for structure, systems, and consistent execution, that will be obvious. If you're not, that will be obvious too.

APPLY IF...

✓ The phrase "same structure every week" sounds perfect, not boring

✓ You currently use multiple systems to track and ensure completion in your life

✓ You get genuinely frustrated when people don't follow agreed processes

✓ You're comfortable being the person who "makes sure things happen" rather than the visible expert

✓ You'd describe yourself as someone who "lives by to-do lists and checklists"

✓ The idea of following proven frameworks rather than creating your own appeals to you

✓ You notice when things are incomplete and feel compelled to complete them

✓ You're good at holding successful people accountable without making it awkward

✓ You need to understand the "why" behind systems before executing them

✓ Repetition doesn't bore you when you know it's effective

DON'T APPLY IF...

✗ You need variety and different challenges every day to stay engaged

✗ You want to "optimize" or "improve" systems - we need them run as-is

✗ The phrase "same call structure every week" makes you feel trapped

✗ You prefer creating your own approaches over following established ones

✗ You find detailed tracking and checklists restrictive

✗ Structure feels limiting rather than enabling

✗ You want to develop your own coaching methods

✗ You need significant autonomy in how you approach your work

✗ You'd describe yourself as entrepreneurial or innovative

✗ You want to be recognized as the expert rather than the facilitator

The Honest Truth: If you read this job ad and thought "this sounds incredibly boring," we're not right for each other.

If you read it and thought "finally, a role that values consistency and structure," you might be perfect.

We'll review within 5-7 business days. If your application shows you're naturally structured and systems-oriented, we'll invite you to the next stage.

What We're Looking For In Applications:

  • Evidence of tracking systems you've maintained
  • Specific examples of holding people accountable
  • Clear indication that repetition doesn't bore you
  • Understanding of what this role actually is (not what you want it to be)

A Final Note:

Some people are wired for structure, consistency, and ensuring completion. They don't need variety to feel fulfilled. They don't need innovation to feel valuable. They need to know the system works and they're executing it flawlessly.
