- We are currently working with a multi-award-winning digital advertising agency based in Belfast that is looking to hire an Account Manager (Paid Media) to join its growing performance marketing team.
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys taking ownership of paid media strategy, and is passionate about delivering measurable results for clients through paid search and paid social.

- The Opportunity
The agency is open to speaking with performance marketing professionals at varying stages of their career, including
- PPC Account Executives who are confident managing and optimising campaigns and reporting on performance
- Paid Media Account Managers ready to take ownership of strategy, budgets, and client relationships across search, display, and social
- Paid Social Account Managers with a strong focus on platforms such as Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn, combining creativity with data-driven decision making
- The successful candidate will step into a client-facing Account Manager (Paid Media) role with genuine autonomy and clear progression opportunities.
- Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Development: Create and implement tailored paid media strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients
- Campaign Management: Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, alongside paid social campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and Pinterest
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance to ensure budgets are effectively managed and KPIs are consistently achieved
- Client Reporting: Produce clear, insight-led reports that translate data into actionable recommendations
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring objectives are met and performance expectations exceeded
- Business Growth: Support account growth through PPC and SEO proposals to increase existing client activity
- Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest trends, platform updates and innovations within paid media
- What They’re Looking For
- Experience: 1–2+ years’ experience in a similar paid media role, either agency-side or in-house
- Client-Facing Skills: Proven experience managing and developing client relationships
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to clients
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data and reporting tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio
- Platform Experience: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console
- Attention to Detail: Excellent grammar and writing skills
- Commercial Awareness: Strong business acumen, proactive work ethic, and practical problem-solving approach
