They seek a reliable, self-motivated individual to work as an Account Manager supporting and developing their Client base who will perform work with the wider organisations departments developing and supporting key client accounts.You will report directly to the Team Leader but also work closely with the Office Manager, Sales team, Sales Director, Business Development Director, Finance, Operations and Distribution Department. The main duties for this position include significant involvement with Production Crews. Key DutiesMaintaining relationships with existing client base.Responsible for accurate quoting and job setup, overseeing equipment availability, sub-hire and logistics. Coordinating transport and crew requirements and ensuring all systems are kept up to date.You will be accountable for financial controls including purchase orders, billing schedules, invoicing and payment management. Responsible for monitoring late returns, extended hires and missing or damaged equipment.
