- Salary: £27,200 - £36,999 per annum + 25% quarterly bonus opportunity
- Working: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
- Location: Leeds, LS1 (Hybrid) 2 days office / 3 days from home

- We’re looking for a sales Account Manager to join our high-performing team. You will be supporting the Client Director, and collaborating across the commercial team to unlock client business opportunities. You are required to provide outstanding client service that delivers impactful retail media campaigns that achieve our clients’ marketing objectives and effectively reach their target audiences.
The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary, client-facing lead for mid-to-senior stakeholders, fostering deep relationships and driving long-term loyalty.
- Media Campaign Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end execution of retail media campaigns, ensuring they reach target audiences and achieve client marketing objectives.
- Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Conduct accurate revenue forecasting by supplier and category, presenting insights and growth prospects to senior leadership.
- Commercial Growth: Identify new revenue opportunities (FMCG focus), convert leads, and drive incremental growth through proactive upselling and cross-selling.
- Management Support: Collaborate closely with the Client Director and wider commercial teams to align annual plans with retailer buying strategies.
- Performance Analysis: Partner with Insight teams to analyse campaign data, providing clients with actionable optimisations and reporting.
- Required Experience
- FMCG & Retail Media Expertise: Specific experience working within the FMCG sector and a strong understanding of Retail Media landscapes.
- Proven Sales Track Record: Experience in sales and media planning, with a knack for identifying and converting commercial opportunities.
- Relationship Builder: A track record of building and maintaining strong commercial partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
- Commercial Acumen: Confident in managing budgets, forecasting, and driving revenue growth.
- Communication: A natural presenter who is comfortable communicating complex ideas to diverse audiences.
