- Account Manager

- REL are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a background in field marketing, brand activation, or FMCG.
- Full time, Permanent
- Salary: £40,000 to £42,000 per annum + bonus opportunity
- Working: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
- Location: Hybrid with 1-2 days per week in Winnersh Head Office RG41

- Do you thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple campaigns and clients with ease?
- We’re looking for a proactive, energetic Account Manager to join our busy Tactical team at REL Field Marketing. This is field marketing at its fastest, managing multiple client briefs, same-week activations, and tight deadlines, all while maintaining exceptional relationships.

What You'll Do
- Manage multiple client campaigns from start to finish
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Lead communication across projects, ensuring clarity and trust
- Manage budgets effectively and optimise resource allocation
- Create Statements of Work, budgets, and Terms & Conditions for all client activity
- Ensure timely invoicing and accurate financial reporting
- Deliver campaign results, insights, and recommendations
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and growth
- Provide regular updates to your Account Director or Business Unit Director
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in tactical, strategic, or client account management
- Background in field marketing, FMCG, or brand activation
- Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving skills
- Confident using Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and managing budgets
- Organised, calm under pressure, and able to juggle competing priorities
- A positive, collaborative attitude and passion for great client service
