Internal Account Manager Leeds C£30K depending on experience Monday to Friday 9-5 Our client a leading European organisation, who are currently undergoing a period of growth, which has lead to the above role. As Account Manager, you play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering long-lasting relationships with our clients. Your responsibilities include managing customer enquiries, providing accurate quotations, processing orders, maintaining strong client relationships, and handling complaints. Duties to include: Handle incoming customer enquiries Assess and understand customer needs, providing accurate and detailed information about our products and services. Prepare and deliver detailed quotations to clients in a timely manner. Follow up on all quotations in a timely manner Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Confirm order details and delivery schedules with clients through phone and email communication. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Proactively contact clients who have not recently made a purchase to understand their needs and address any issues. Investigate and understand why clients may only purchase one type of product and identify opportunities to expand their engagement with the full range of services. Receive and address client complaints within SLA timescales Investigate the root cause of complaints, working with relevant teams to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
