You’ll be supported by a friendly, professional team and benefit from structured development, on-the-job learning, and the chance to shape your career path as the new office expands.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain insurance accounts - ensuring client and policy data is accurate and up to date, benefiting both clients and internal administrationHandle client communications (phone/email), responding to enquiries and requests - providing service excellence and building client trustAssist with policy renewals, endorsements and quotations - helping to drive retention and growthWork closely with senior brokers and colleagues - gaining exposure to underwriting, risk assessment, and bespoke insurance solutionsContribute to the growth and development of the new office - allowing you to influence processes and structure as the team buildsRequirements:Some prior experience in an insurance role (brokerage, account handling, underwriting support, or similar)Strong communication skills - with confidence, liaising with clients and internal stakeholdersGood organisational skills and attention
