The Opportunity Based in London, you will serve as the central hub for scaling Adobe’s payments partner ecosystem throughout EMEA and Rest of World. Rather than driving direct sales, this role focuses on enabling the teams touching Adobe Commerce and Magento Open-Source customers, strengthening our partner programs, and orchestrating regional enablement with Adobe Payment Services, PayPal/Braintree, Stripe, and Adyen. You will play a pivotal role in growing adoption of partner solutions. You will empower Adobe teams, agencies, and SIs with the tools, readiness, and localized mentorship needed to succeed. What you'll Do Act as the engine for payments partner teams for EMEA + ROW, ensuring Adobe field teams, SIs, and agencies understand, adopt and champion our payments partners. Coordinate GTM alignment with Adobe Payment Partner Managers for our payment partners to ensure consistent messaging, partner readiness, and smooth customer activation. Build and localize GTM playbooks that reflect the diverse regulatory, cultural, and payments landscapes across EMEA + ROW markets. Orchestrate field enablement and sales motions that elevate our partner impact across diverse markets. Collaborate closely with marketing to deliver co‑marketing initiatives, partner narratives, field awareness campaigns, and partner events. Foster a culture of collaboration and programmatic excellence across partner, SI, and internal Adobe teams. What you need to succeed Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience equivalent 7-10 years in quota‑carrying sales or partner/channel roles, GTM activation, business development or ecosystem engagement. Preferred: Business level language proficiency in another language. (German, Italian, French or Spanish.) Experience in SaaS, payments, or commerce technology industries. Strong understanding of SI/agency consulting models and partner ecosystems. Familiarity with Adobe Commerce / Magento value propositions. High energy, self‑starter mentality, and comfort navigating ambiguity and cross‑functional environments. Willingness to travel across EMEA and internationally as needed.
