Job Title: Account Director Job Type: Permanent, Full-time Location: Bristol, Hybrid with 3 days in the office per week Salary: £42,000-£55,000 We’re working with a Bristol based agency, that help global brands design and deliver personalised, data-driven marketing and communications. They’re passionate about creating great work and are looking for an enthusiastic Account Director to work on their largest account. What you’ll be doing Being the main voice and trusted partner for key clients. Owning big, high-impact accounts and steering the work from idea through to delivery, making sure it’s smart and on point. Spotting opportunities before anyone asks, new ideas, new ways of working, and ways to grow accounts in a meaningful way Bringing teams together to get the best out of the work (and the people behind it) Keeping one eye on account commercials, budgets, forecasts, and making sure you are set up for long-term success Leading by example, mentoring the account team, and helping others step up and do their best work The experience you’ll need Solid agency experience is essential, you might already be working as an Account Director, or be a strong Senior Account Manager ready to step up Confidence leading large projects, thinking strategically, and holding your own in senior client conversations A proactive mindset, with the ability to spot opportunities, shape ideas, and drive things forward How to apply Hit Apply Now.
