DNA Recruit is partnering with a leading Integrated Marketing Agency , looking to expand their team, and eager to bring on an Account Director.Role Overview:The Account Director will lead major client accounts, ensuring strategic direction, commercial performance, and delivery excellence. They will oversee account teams, budgets, and processes, while collaborating across internal functions to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee campaigns from planning through delivery, ensuring quality and commercial performance.Manage budgets, forecasts, and overall account profitability.Mentor and develop Account Managers and Senior Account Managers.Collaborate with creative, strategy, digital, and production teams to deliver integrated solutions.Support new business activity through pitches, proposals, and client insights.Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion. Key Skills & Experience: Solid agency experience in account and project management within brand activation, experiential, or integrated marketing.Proven ability to manage multiple accounts or multi-channel campaigns.Strong client relationship management and commercial acumen.Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.Experienced in leading teams, delegating effectively, and delivering results under pressure.
