The key purpose of this role is to support the growth and retention of consumables revenue across the customer lifecycle, while delivering a positive and professional customer experience. The role is responsible for proactively engaging customers to maximise consumable sales, increase product penetration, prevent downtrading, and re-engage customers who have stopped ordering. While a high standard of customer interaction is expected, the primary focus of the role is commercial performance and revenue growth.
