This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting service contracts and estimating activities while ensuring exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:- Manage renewals and new service contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels- Prepare and issue quotations tailored to customer requirements- Liaise with internal teams and external clients to maintain smooth operations- Process orders and maintain accurate records in ERP systems- Organise site visits and review service levels for continuous improvement- Support estimating activities, including preparing quotations for upgrades and additional works- Maintain and update company systems with accurate contract and project informationSkills & Experience:- Previous experience in account coordination, administration, or customer service- Strong organisational and multitasking skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and ERP systems- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships- Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and accuracyBenefits:- 25 days annual leave- Healthcare plan- Life insurance- Pension scheme- Training and development opportunitiesInterested?
