The Academic Administration Officer will provide exceptional service quality, customer-focused academic administration support across all aspects of the student and course lifecycle. The Academic Administration Officer will support the requirements across academic policy, course administration and implementation, planning and scheduling, academic governance committees, records and resulting data and archive management, regulatory compliance requirements and project delivery functions. This role involves collaborating with academic leaders, faculty members and other stakeholders to ensure academic quality best practices are implemented and monitored that promote student success and academic achievement. Key stakeholder engagement (both internally and externally) and a solution-based mindset is critical to the success of this role. Principal accoutabilities are (but not limited to): Academic Administration & Compliance: Process academic administration tasks accurately and on time, ensuring full compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, ESOS and PRISMS obligations Student & Staff Support: Provide high-quality customer service and clear academic information to students, staff, and integrated campus teams. Data & Records Management: Maintain accurate and compliant student and enrollment records across all systems, ensuring that approved changes and updates are consistently reflected. Governance, Exams & Academic Processes: Support governance committees, results entry, credit/RPL processing, examinations, course completions and graduation activities. Operational Coordination & Continuous Improvement: Support project timelines, onboarding and teaching agreements, contribute to quality and risk processes, and promote efficient, innovative and collaborative ways of working. Candidates from Adelaide, Melbourne or Brisbane are welcome to apply, and if succesfull will be required to attend our campuses on their respective city. This role requires the candidate to be attend our campus. Who you are: To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience in academic administration functions, including knowledge of VET and HE regulatory requirements desirable. Minimum 2 years' experience within the HE or VET sector is desirable. Knowledge of ESOS, TEQSA, and ASQA regulatory requirements and frameworks. Why join us?
