Our client, a leading player in the utilities sector, is on the lookout for a dynamic 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their team for a temporary contract of 6 months. If you're passionate about technology and eager to solve complex technical challenges, this is the opportunity for you Role: 3rd Line Support Engineer Duration: 6 Months (extension options) Location: Plymouth (Fully Remote) Rate: £500 per day (umbrella) Key Responsibilities: As a 3rd Line Support Engineer, you will: Collaborate closely with the User Operations team, Service Desk, and Field User team to resolve escalated and complex technical issues.Assist in large-scale projects that significantly impact both customers and staff.Work hand-in-hand with IT and Business departments to ensure that products and applications are fit for purpose.Maintain clear and accurate documentation of systems and related business procedures.Design training materials and deliver training to customers and staff, promoting best practices for technical products and applications.Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements, including fire and emergency precautions.
