3.5 Tonne Driver People Solutions are currently recruiting for a 3.5 Tonne Driver to join our well-established client based in Stourbridge. Shifts: • Monday to Friday• Start time: 8:30am• Minimum eight hours paid per shift Rates of Pay: • £12.21 per hour Benefits: Your benefits as a 3.5 Tonne Driver are are: • Weekly pay• Immediate starts available• Employee well-being programme Day-to-Day Duties: Your duties as a 3.5 Tonne Driver are: • Drive 3.5 tonne vehicles safely and efficiently to various destinations• Assist with loading the vehicle before departure• Deliver to homes, construction sites, and commercial premises• Handle goods manually as required• Carry out local and long-distance runs• Complete up to 5 drops per day• Communicate effectively with production and dispatch teams• Accurately complete all relevant delivery paperwork Essential Skills: Skills needed to be a 3.5 Tonne Driver are: • Valid UK Category B (car/van) Driving Licence• Minimum of 12 months’ experience driving Category B vehicles• No more than six penalty points for minor offences (no major endorsements)• Strong knowledge of the UK road network• Good level of written and spoken English• Reliable, punctual, and organised• Understanding of UK traffic laws and delivery procedures• Excellent communication and teamwork skills Desirable Experience: • Previous commercial driving experience• Prior experience in multi-drop delivery work Training: Ind
