About the Role:You will work across a diverse portfolio of clients, from entrepreneurial start-ups and early-stage ventures to established regional and national businesses. The role offers genuine variety and the opportunity to build deep, long-term client relationships.Your work will span the full spectrum of corporate matters, including: Business sales and acquisitions across all sectorsStrategic planning and structuring for growing and scaling companiesIPOs, secondary fundraisings and share issuesPrivate equity, venture capital and other investment transactionsShareholder arrangements, joint ventures and collaborationsPartnerships and LLP structuringCorporate tax aspects of transactions and reorganisationsAdvisory and transactional work for early-stage and high-growth companies, giving you meaningful exposure to businesses at exciting points in their lifecycle.
