2nd line support - Higher Education Experience City of London - Onsite 5 days a week 6 month contract Inside of IR35 £230 per day We're looking for a proactive, customer-focused 2nd Line Support Technician to join our growing IT team. If you're passionate about solving problems, supporting users, and working with modern technology, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality 2nd line technical support across the organisationTroubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Windows 11, macOS, and core business applicationsAssist with user management, device configuration, and software deploymentSupport escalations from 1st Line and collaborate with senior engineers when neededContribute to continuous service improvements and documentationSupport basic networking tasks aligned with CCNA-level knowledge Key Skills and Experiences Strong experience providing 2nd line support in a professional environmentProficiency in Windows 11 and macOS platformsKnowledge of basic networking principles (CCNA level desirable)Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigher Education qualification or equivalent experience in IT/technical fields Windows 11 MAC OS Basic Networking - CCNAHigher Education Guidant, Carbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Impellam Group Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
