You will be conducting Fault rectification of incidents and supporting Problem management, CSI, and CR work. Leidos 2nd line engineers conduct repairs on all systems that Leidos manage. These systems are highly utilized with a large number of active users, Operating at varying security levels. Are you ready for your next challenge? 2nd line engineers are responsible for conducting advanced Troubleshooting. Liaising with customers to ensure all issue are dealt within SLA and KPI set down by the customer. Provide Second line technical support: Manage and maintain servers, virtual machines to ensure high availability and performance, including the creation and deployment of new equipment. Responsible for updating of certification of the network. Provide expert-level support to end-users, resolving complex issues and offering training on new systems or processes to C4 Eng and the wider community. Implement security best practices and respond to security incidents
