About the roleAs a 24-hour Team Manager, you’ll be a key part of our Operations team, supporting our Line Structure Teams and leading colleagues across day and night shifts. You’ll help embed our Intersnack Working Systems (IWS) ways of working, drive performance and ensure our teams are safe, supported and set up for success. You’ll be the go-to person out of hours, making confident decisions to keep production running smoothly and safely.
