Job DescriptionSalary: £37,000Programme overview:Our 2026 Summer Internship Programme runs for 10 weeks, starting on Monday 15 June and finishing on Friday 21st August 2026. This internship is designed to give you a unique introduction to the Asset Management industry and offers valuable insight into how your chosen department operates within Schroders. Throughout the programme you will: Take part in comprehensive introductory training to build your understanding of the business Be assigned to a team where you will contribute to live projects and gain meaningful hands-on experience Shadow experienced professionals and learn directly from leaders in the field Have opportunities to network with colleagues and other interns, helping you build connections for your future career Schroders partners with institutional clients and intermediaries to deliver innovative, actively managed solutions designed to achieve long-term financial goals. Our teams leverage in-depth research, market expertise, and leading-edge approaches, such as diversified multi-asset investing and specialised equity strategies, to balance performance targets and risk.
