What you'll be doing

  • As a 1st Line Engineer at Oriium, you’ll play a key role in keeping our service platform running smoothly and reliably. Your day-to-day will include performing essential system checks, monitoring platform health, and proactively addressing potential issues before they impact users. You’ll support platform updates, manage backups, and carry out routine maintenance tasks that ensure our customers’ services remain seamless and secure. In short, your work will help maintain the strong, efficient backbone of our service delivery.

We want to hear from you if you

  • Have experience or a strong interest in IT support or infrastructure monitoring.
  • Hold an IT qualification (e.g., CompTIA A+) and core technical knowledge.
  • Are career-focused and eager to learn and progress.
  • Are proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy solving issues before they impact users.
  • Have knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, networking, or storage—or are eager to learn.
  • Take pride in delivering reliable, high-quality service every time.
  • Thrive in a collaborative team environment and communicate professionally with colleagues and customers.
  • Live within a commutable distance to Haywards Heath.
