The role is working on an ad hoc, shift by shift – zero hour contract so will require flexibility to help cover and support the services staffing gaps, perfect for anyone wanting a flexible work approach or something to supplement your current job role.This is a fantastic opportunity for calm, compassionate individuals who want to make a real difference to patients across the NHS.Location Ipswich, Suffolk, IP3 9FH About the RoleAs an NHS 111 Health Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for patients calling NHS 111. Using the NHS Pathways system, you’ll assess needs and provide safe, non-clinical advice.Calls can range from simple prescription queries to supporting callers in emotional distress.
