🧑‍💻 Role Summary We're hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer who is confident, communicative, and capable of representing developer profiles in client-facing interviews and meetings. You’ll use a professional identity and background we provide (not your personal one) to join client calls, lead interviews, and attend daily standups. Once a project is secured, you'll support onboarding and coordinate with local developers. This role is Ideal for confident speakers who enjoy technical discussions and want to earn stable, recurring income. 🛠️ Responsibilities ✅ Represent developer profiles (we provide the resume and context) ✅ Join and lead the following types of meetings: Introductory and technical interviews 💬 Sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives 📅 ✅ Keep your camera on and communicate clearly 🎥 ✅ Help coordinate local developers once a project is active ✅ Support project delivery quality and client expectations 💰 Compensation After project is secured: 20% of the net monthly income from each project you helped land This income is recurring for as long as the project remains active 💸 Example: Secure 2 projects at $4,000/month → You earn $1,600/month ✅ Requirements Fluent spoken English (C1–C2 level required) 🗣️ Strong experience in Full Stack / Web / Mobile Development Confident on video, clear communication, and presence Willingness to use a provided identity (not your real name) Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsive across time zones
