### About Us We’re a growing e-commerce brand built on Shopify, focused on delivering an excellent experience for every customer. We’re looking for someone dependable to manage customer support messages and keep our inbox organised. Most communication will be through email and chat using our helpdesk tools. --- ### What You’ll Do - Reply to customer emails and chat messages clearly and politely - Manage order tracking, shipping updates, returns, and basic product questions - Process refunds or replacements following our internal steps - Escalate complex issues to the manager when needed - Keep macros and saved replies updated - Stay on top of inboxes so nothing is left waiting too long --- ### Requirements - Strong written English — clear, friendly, and professional - Experience with e-commerce customer support (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or similar) - Comfortable using Zendesk or a similar helpdesk platform - Detail-oriented and organised - Reliable internet connection and consistent daily availability - Positive attitude and patience when dealing with customers --- ### Bonus Skills - Familiarity with Shopify order management and fulfilment tools - Experience handling customer communication for a growing online store --- ### Tools We Use - Shopify - Zendesk - Gmail / Google Workspace - WhatsApp --- ### To Apply Please include: - A short introduction about your customer service experience - Which tools and platforms you’ve used (Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, etc.) - Your timezone and preferred working hours --- We’re looking for someone reliable, friendly, and consistent who can handle daily customer messages and keep things running smoothly.
