I’m looking for a skilled short-form video editor who can take long podcast episodes and turn them into high-quality, branded shorts for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. You’ll receive a spreadsheet with links to podcast sources (episodes, websites, YouTube channels, etc.) and your job will be to select strong, engaging moments and edit them into visually captivating clips that feel aligned with the host’s tone and branding. What I’m Looking For • Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and sound bites that hook viewers in the first few seconds. • Ability to add dynamic captions, subtle motion graphics, B-roll, and brand elements (logos, colors, etc.). • Fast turnaround — ideally within 24–48 hours per project. • A clean, modern editing style that could fit podcasts like Diary of a CEO, Chris Williamson, Iman Gadzhi, or Alex Hormozi - but always adapted to the host’s own aesthetic. • Excellent communication and attention to detail. Workflow You’ll be assigned projects whenever a podcast host requests to see a sample. The first clip acts as a test piece, paid upon delivery. Once quality and workflow are established, you’ll become part of a core team of editors producing 3–10 clips per podcast, with repeat work each week.
