🌟 Faith-Based Brand & Digital Growth Manager (Dwayne Spence | “Who AM I” Empire) Overview We are looking for a faith-driven, strategic, and creative Brand & Digital Growth Manager to oversee and expand the Dwayne Spence brand and its flagship product suite the “Who AM I” Empire (book, series, workbook, 28-day mindset builder, and video course). This is not a start-from-scratch role. The content, brand message, and system structure are 90% complete. The right person will refine, manage, and build seamless automation and marketing systems to scale the brand’s reach globally all while staying aligned with the faith, purpose, and transformation that define Dwayne Spence’s mission. We’re not just marketing a product; we’re building a movement of purpose, identity, and transformation through Kingdom principles. Core Purpose of the Role To manage, automate, and grow the Dwayne Spence brand ecosystem ensuring every piece of content, campaign, and system flows harmoniously from awareness → engagement → transformation → sales. You will act as both brand custodian and digital architect, integrating automation, strategy, and creative execution across platforms. Key Responsibilities 🧭 Brand & Strategy Develop and implement the ongoing brand growth roadmap for the Dwayne Spence / “Who AM I” Empire. Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital channels faith-based, authentic, empowering, and professional. Maintain alignment with the core message: faith, mindset, identity, and Kingdom transformation. Collaborate directly with Dwayne to refine messaging, storylines, and positioning. 💻 Digital Systems & Automation Set up, maintain, and optimise all marketing automations (email sequences, CRM funnels, lead magnets, retargeting flows). Work with AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., n8n, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, HubSpot, Kajabi, or ConvertKit) to create seamless customer journeys. Manage integration between website, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media touchpoints. 🎥 Content & Social Media Management Oversee scheduling, posting, and repurposing of content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and the Dwayne Spence website. Repurpose long-form content (videos, courses, interviews) into short-form reels, quotes, and promotional assets. Coordinate content around launches, campaigns, and community engagement initiatives. Maintain a consistent monthly content calendar supported by automation. Engage with the community (comments, DMs, replies) in a tone consistent with the brand’s faith-based values. 💡 Funnel Management & Campaigns Launch and manage funnels for free and paid offers (e.g., free workbook → 28-day builder → video course → coaching). Set up lead generation campaigns and monitor conversions through data-driven optimisation. Coordinate ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) with precise targeting and retargeting. Continuously test, track, and report on campaign performance, suggesting actionable improvements. 📊 Performance & Analytics Track KPIs and analytics across social media, website, ads, and email campaigns. Create monthly reports showing engagement, lead generation, conversions, and ROI. Use insights to refine automation, ad targeting, and content strategy. 🤝 Partnership & Collaboration Work closely with Dwayne and his extended brand ecosystem (DSLA, YAHMAPP LTD, Devine Unshaken Voice Podcast). Support cross-promotion and collaboration between brands and partner networks. Potential to transition into a long-term partnership or profit-share arrangement for the right individual who proves capable, loyal, and aligned. Key Qualities & Attributes Deeply faith-based and spiritually grounded (Kingdom-minded; aligns with YAHUAH-centric principles). A strong sense of purpose, integrity, and initiative — self-motivated to build, manage, and improve. Proven understanding of digital ecosystems — how content, automation, and marketing interlink. Ability to blend strategy, creativity, and systemisation. Strong written and verbal communication (clear, uplifting, authentic tone). Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability. Experience with personal brands, online courses, or transformational coaching a major plus. Technical & Professional Skills CRM and Email Marketing Automation (ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, Kajabi, etc.) Social Media Management (Later, Buffer, Metricool, or equivalent) Funnel & Landing Page Tools (ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, N8n, Kartra, or similar) Basic design/video editing (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite) Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, etc.) Project management (Asana, Notion, Trello, or Monday.com) Familiarity with AI tools for content planning and automation (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Descript, etc.) Performance Goals (First 90 Days) Audit existing brand assets and content library.
