About
**🚀 Game Economist Needed | Web3-First Sustainable Economy Design 🚀** We’re looking for a **Game Economist** who can architect a **sustainable, self-growing economy system** for a **Web3-first gaming ecosystem** — designed to thrive in a **bear market**, attract **investor confidence**, and later **bridge into Web2**. ### 🎮 Project Vision This is not just a game — it’s a **long-term ecosystem**. We are building a **resilient Web3 foundation**, designed for **growth, sustainability, and scalability**, with a clear roadmap into Web2 expansion. The ecosystem includes: * 🕹️ **T3l3gram Mini Games** – farming new members and onboarding users. * 🌐 **A Core Online Game** – anchoring the economy and community. * 🔗 **Multiple Interconnected Experiences** – tied together by shared characters and economy. All systems must make **economic sense to investors**, while being **player-friendly** and **self-sustaining**. ### 🧩 Responsibilities * Build a **robust Web3 economic model** that is sustainable, scalable, and self-reinforcing. * Design systems that **grow organically** (network effects, player retention, reinvestment loops). * Ensure the model is **resilient in bear markets** and **recession-proof**. * Collaborate with designers and developers to integrate economy seamlessly into gameplay. * Plan and future-proof the system so it can **expand into Web2** without breaking balance. ### ✅ Requirements * Proven experience as a **Game Economist** with strong **Web3/Tokenomics expertise**. * Deep knowledge of **digital assets, NFTs, staking models, and user incentives**. * Ability to design **investor-friendly economy structures** with measurable sustainability. * Understanding of **player behavior** and how to align fun with financial growth.* Experience bridging **Web3 and Web2 ecosystems** is a huge plus. 💡 **To Apply:** Share examples of your **Web3 economy design work** (tokenomics, in-game economies, hybrid models, etc.).
