About
Performing Outbound Residential Energy Sales.
Responsible for ensuring Quality and Safety of sales made.
Reporting directly to a team manager and ultimately to the call centre manager.
Answering questions about product specifications and pricing.
Upselling customers to larger products, more extensive packages, or higher priced services
Accurately and efficiently entering customer information into our system, or a third party portal.
Assist colleagues when required to maximise efficiency.
Maintain working knowledge of products and services, keeping current on industry developments, and attending training as required.

B2C Sales experience is required, you must be able to handle objections efficiently and be able to adhere to quality guidelines.
Shift Pattern:
Monday – Friday 09:00-17:30 and the last Saturday of each month 09:00-17:30
Must achieve weekly targets to make bonus of £300 - £500/month
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.21 per hour
