Living Planet is a small company producing high quality food supplements to the health industry. An opportunity has arisen for the right person to join our team in Uckfield to assist with our production and warehouse requirements.

We are looking for someone who is hands-on and able to work with initiative. You would be part of a small team producing a wide range of food supplement to a very high standard. You will be required to work with various food grade powders and involved with all aspects of production and additional warehouse support.

Daily duties include but are not limited to:

- Handling semi-automated and manual machinery

- Producing products to works orders with 100% accuracy

- Managing food ingredients and other materials

- Working with a variety of paperwork

General duties include but are not limited to:

- Upkeep of machinery & equipment

- Coordinate and prioritise work with other members of the team

- Full compliance and adherence to all internal processes

Candidate skills & experience:

- You must be competent operating light machinery and there will be some heavy lifting

- Proactive, enthusiastic and focused

- Attention to detail in all aspects of your work

- Completely trustworthy and able to work under own initiative

Support and training to grow within our organisation will be provided in any areas where the successful candidate does not have significant experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.21 per hour
