Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks within the warehouse environment, including loading and unloading goods, locating and picking pallets, and maintaining an organised storage area. This role requires the ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods from lorries and containers efficiently.
• Organise stock in designated areas of the warehouse.
• Accurately pick pallets for despatch to customer.
• Assist with shipping and receiving processes, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against receiving / picking lists.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Conduct basic maintenance on equipment as needed, demonstrating mechanical knowledge

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to operate forklifts; certification is a plus.
• Mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment maintenance.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
