We're a growing supplier of high-quality resin bound materials and systems, offering nationwide solutions for driveways, patios, and commercial surfaces. We’re now looking for a dependable and organised office-based assistant to help support our daily operations and customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
- Assisting with quotes, orders, and sales support
- Coordinating delivery schedules and stock control
- Preparing paperwork for installations and dispatch
- General admin duties including filing and data entry
- Supporting marketing tasks (e.g., social media posts, product listings)
- Occasional assistance with installations or deliveries (if needed)
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident using a computer (Excel, Word, email)
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
- Experience in office admin or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of construction or resin products is a bonus
- Driving licence preferred but not essential
