About

We are seeking a Colour Matcher to contribute to overseeing colour matching operations within our clients business. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager and liaising closely with all warehouse staff & Colour QC Technicians. The successful candidate will have specific responsibility for managing the colour matching for special orders and standard colours.

Duties

• Analyse colour samples to determine the exact match using colour measurement tools and software
• Prepare colour formulations to achieve precise colour matching
• Maintain colour matching equipment to ensure accurate measurements
• Collaborate with Lab department to ensure colour consistency for each customer
• Document and report colour matching results and any discrepancies found
• Adjust and correct colour formulations based on feedback and quality standards
• Support warehouse with picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide retail support to showroom, serving customers
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary and safe work area

Role will be mixed, and will be based within the warehouse and the showroom!

The role is a temp to perm position. (After 12 weeks the employment will become permanent)

Salary is £13.55 PHR.
