Location: Liverpool office based with occasional travel to meet clients.
Base Salary of between £25k and £35k* plus highly competitive commission structure and profit share, with option to buy into the company after 12 months

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales representative to expand our portfolio of clients and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in lead generation & assisting the sales department within commercial sales, as well as the ability to analyse market trends and run marketing campaigns.
Day to day, you will;
- Help to improve strategy, process and outreach
- Using tools to map out potential clients
- Lots of outreach - LinkedIn, email & phone
- Tender applications
- Negotiate contracts and account management
- Attending site visits
- Ensure good customer service
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and maximise outreach efforts.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving common goals.
- Strong organisational skills, with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- MS Office Skills
