Location: Liverpool office based with occasional travel to meet clients.

Base Salary of between £25k and £35k* plus highly competitive commission structure and profit share, with option to buy into the company after 12 months

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales representative to expand our portfolio of clients and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in lead generation & assisting the sales department within commercial sales, as well as the ability to analyse market trends and run marketing campaigns.

Day to day, you will;

  • Help to improve strategy, process and outreach
  • Using tools to map out potential clients
  • Lots of outreach - LinkedIn, email & phone
  • Tender applications
  • Negotiate contracts and account management
  • Attending site visits
  • Ensure good customer service
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and maximise outreach efforts.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving common goals.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • MS Office Skills

Pay: £25,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
