Due to expansion we a require a Groundworks Team or Lead Installer to join our workforce. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in various domestic groundwork projects, ensuring that all Driveways, Patios and Landscaping completed are to the highest of standards. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

If you do not have a team then we can make a team up.

Ideally but not essential we are looking for a team of 2 or 3 to accommodate the work load and size of many of the projects,

Must have experience and be able to install at least 4 of the following surfaces:

• 1/ Block paving
• 2/ Concrete Paving Slabs
• 3/ Indian Stone
• 4/ Artificial Grass
• 5/ Resin Bound Preparation
• 6/ Porcelain Tiles
• 7/ Sleepers-Fencing

The areas of work are all of Staffordshire, and South Cheshire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the driveway path and patio for installation Inc levelling ground.
• Using machinery such as diggers track barrows and wacker plates efficiently.
• Understanding the installation of Aco drainage, edges manholes.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.

You will need to you have your own transport that is capable of transporting the required tools Inc a mixer wacker stihl saw grinders etc from job to job.
