About
At Ventro, we're not just looking for employees – we're seeking future stars who will drive our rapidly growing fire safety consultancy forward.
Your Journey With Us
You're a naturally organised person who thrives when bringing order to complexity. As our Operations Executive, you'll become the beating heart of Ventro's service delivery, orchestrating our team of fire safety experts and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service at every touchpoint.
Your confidence shines through in every client conversation. You're the reassuring voice that builds relationships, schedules assessments, and ensures everyone has what they need when they need it. When unexpected challenges arise (as they inevitably do), your problem-solving instincts kick in, finding creative solutions that keep projects moving forward.
Your Growth Path
This isn't just a job – it's the first step on a meaningful career journey. With our company's rapid expansion in the fire safety sector, you'll have clear pathways to develop into an operations management role. You'll work directly with senior stakeholders, contributing ideas that shape our processes and elevate our service quality.
Every day brings opportunities to make your mark. From creating welcoming experiences for new clients to managing complex scheduling through our bespoke Salesforce system, you'll see the direct impact of your work on both client satisfaction and company success.
Who You Are
You're the person who naturally takes charge, keeping multiple plates spinning while maintaining your composure. Your communication skills are exceptional – whether you're speaking with clients, coordinating with surveyors in the field, or reporting to leadership.
Technology doesn't intimidate you; it empowers you. You navigate digital tools with confidence, particularly Microsoft applications, and you're eager to master our specialised systems.
Your detail-oriented nature means nothing falls through the cracks. When reviewing fire safety reports, you spot the small things that others might miss – an essential quality when people's safety is at stake.
Most importantly, you bring a mindset of continuous improvement. You're not satisfied with "good enough" and actively seek ways to enhance our operations, making processes more efficient and our service more valuable.
What Your Day Looks Like
Morning might find you coordinating the day's assessments, ensuring surveyors have access to properties and clear instructions. By midday, you're connecting with clients to schedule upcoming work while managing the diaries of our fire risk assessors.
In the afternoon, you might turn your attention to quality control, validating completed reports before they reach clients or creating welcome packages that set the tone for new client relationships. Throughout the day, you'll be the central point of contact keeping everyone connected and informed.
If you see yourself in this description – someone who combines organisational prowess with excellent people skills and a drive for excellence – we'd love to welcome you to the Ventro team as we continue our mission to enhance building safety across the UK.
