Role Responsibility

  • Meeting and greeting guests to ensure they receive a warm welcome when entering the Resort
  • Cross referencing all activity and bookings from the individual systems, recognising special occasions, repeat guests, specific guest requests and logistical arrangements
  • Making yourself known to guests ensuring that they have a point of contact for the day should they need, always maintaining a strong, visible presence in the Atrium and front of house areas.
  • Responding to questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner and resolving the problems within the agreed remits
  • Having knowledge of all systems and products for Low Wood Bay Resort
  • Maintain accurate client records in accordance with Company Policy, and carry out general administrative tasks as required
  • Create an amazing hospitality experience for our guests, exceeding expectations
  • Working closely alongside the management team and other departments, communicating relevant information to them ensuring they too are prepared for the day

This is a live out role, you will be expected to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
