Role Overview:

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional Customer Service Advisor to join our growing remote team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients—providing support, answering queries, and ensuring a seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Guide clients through the mortgage process and provide timely updates
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions
  • Collaborate with advisers and support teams to deliver excellent service

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Previous customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Must be based in the UK with the right to work

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £28,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
