Role Overview:
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional Customer Service Advisor to join our growing remote team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients—providing support, answering queries, and ensuring a seamless customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Guide clients through the mortgage process and provide timely updates
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Collaborate with advisers and support teams to deliver excellent service

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Previous customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
- Must be based in the UK with the right to work
