The Role:

As a Production Worker, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are consistently met. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating, monitoring, and maintaining machinery to support an efficient production process.
• Reading and understanding work orders, drawings, and route cards.
• Handling and identifying materials correctly.
• Monitoring and maintaining quality throughout production.
• Inspecting and recording dimensions and weight parameters.
• Packing components as required.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a production environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Strong verbal communication skills (English required).
• Ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.
• A flexible approach and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
