Overview
EP Team is seeking responsible and customer-focused Traffic Marshal to support operations across over 3,000 secure parking spaces at Wembley Park—the official parking hub for Wembley Stadium, OVO Arena, and the London Designer Outlet.

As a Traffic Marshal, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, safe, and welcoming experience for all visitors

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and direct vehicles safely around the estate and within car parks.
• Carry out routine foot patrols of car park areas to monitor activity and maintain site standards.
• Always provide courteous and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with parking inquiries and general questions.
• Report any faults or failures in parking control equipment.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Remain flexible to assist during staff absences, holidays, or peak event times.
• Ensure continuity of service by completing assigned shifts once accepted.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic IT and technology proficiency.
• Previous customer service experience is essential.
• Reliable, punctual, and presentable with a helpful attitude.
• Flexible to work weekends, early mornings, late evenings, and on event days.

Employment Terms

This is a full-time position based on a 4 on, 2 off rotating shift pattern, alternating between early and late shifts. You may be required to work weekends, public holidays, and during key events at Wembley Park.
