We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tool Hire Assistant - Fitter/Driver to lead and grow a tool hire business. This role is pivotal in establishing our presence in the market and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies for market penetration and growth.
- Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the tool hire hub.
- Ensure efficient inventory management and maintenance of tools.
- Customer Service:
- Foster strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team.
- Promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance to achieve profitability.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials.

- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in tool hire or a related industry.
