About Us
Welcome to a new way to experience golf.
We are Tempo,Queens Park, a social space where you can play golf, enjoy good company and maybe try to improve that handicap. Combining premium TrackMan simulator technology, design-led interiors, and a relaxed, sociable environment that attracts passionate golfers, families, and curious newcomers alike. Our mission is to deliver a community experience that blends performance, hospitality, and wellbeing — where great golf meets good coffee, cocktails, and real connection.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a qualified PGA Professional to lead coaching operations, grow the community, and champion the future of modern golf.
This hybrid role offers a rare opportunity to combine leadership, high-performance coaching, and hospitality-driven guest experience — all within a unique, design-led space in Queens Park, London. Whether you’ve led a traditional academy, coached on championship links, or dreamt of building your own client base in a vibrant space, this role is designed to inspire and challenge in equal measure.
What You'll Do
- Lead all coaching operations, including client experience, and performance standards.
- Deliver exceptional TrackMan-powered lessons, fittings, and swing consultations for all ability levels.
- Create and manage instructional programs including group sessions, junior development, and introductory sessions for new golfers.
- Curate bespoke coaching journeys, blending data-driven improvement with personal connection.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the space — ensuring smoothly to day running, simulator care, and customer flow.
- Support retail and high-standards of hospitality throughout the clients journey.
- Foster a fun, inclusive, and supportive space for members and guests, reflecting our values of connection, creativity, and community.
Who You Are
- PGA-qualified, with 2-3+ years of coaching experience and a proven ability to teach a wide range of skill levels.
- Strong proficiency with TrackMan.
- A warm, approachable, and professional character — who builds trust and long-term relationships.
- Organised and proactive, with experience managing booking systems and operations.
- Flexible and adaptive — happy to work weekends and evenings, and motivated to grow the business and coaching programme with initiative.
- Experience managing and running junior programming.
Bonus points for:
- Previous experience in hospitality.
- Knowledge of golf retail, fittings, and inventory.
What We Offer
- Competitive hybrid salary + lesson commission structure
- Use of cutting-edge TrackMan simulator and tools
- Staff perks across our Coffee Shop and March.
- A front-row seat in shaping a new kind of golf experience in the heart of Queens Park.
Why Join Us?
This is a chance to be part of something different. You’ll help redefine what golf can look and feel like in an urban space: less formal, more welcoming, great technology, personal service, and a shared love of the game at its heart.
Whether you're drawn by the challenge, the design, or the opportunity to make a lasting impact — we’d love to hear from you.
