Living Well Consortium (LWC) is recruiting for a Venue Assistant for an exciting new wellbeing hub in the Jewellery Quarter, grounded. St Pauls.

grounded. St Pauls offers a café and wellbeing studio on the ground floor with 9 therapy rooms available on upper floors. It is a valuable resource to the mental health support sector, providing a comfortable and supportive space for face to face sessions. The post holder will provide operational assistance ensuring that grounded. St Pauls is well maintained and well run. They will have keyholding responsibilities, ensure the venue is well presented, and make sure the venue remains compliant with health and safety. As well as this, they will provide information to visitors, maintaining a compassionate and empathetic front of house presence.

Successful applicants will have experience of working in front of house roles in busy venues, alongside a commitment to the mission of grounded.

The role involves working on site in the Jewellery Quarter and due to the nature of the role, hybrid working is not possible.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £27,594.55 per year
